The Templeton Glass Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying frameless shower enclosures installed by Templeton Glass in residential homes.
For homeowner purchases, coverage applies to the original residential purchaser and is non-transferable.
For qualifying contractor-installed projects, including new construction and residential r
The Templeton Glass Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying frameless shower enclosures installed by Templeton Glass in residential homes.
For homeowner purchases, coverage applies to the original residential purchaser and is non-transferable.
For qualifying contractor-installed projects, including new construction and residential remodeling, coverage applies to the first residential occupant following completion of the project and is non-transferable.
Commercial and income-producing properties are not eligible, including rental properties, short-term rentals, hotels, multi-family housing and other commercial applications.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty, covered components and workmanship may include:
- Hinges, handles, clamps, clips, towel bars, robe hooks and other installed hardware
- Door slippage or alignment issues
- Loose handles or hardware resulting from normal residential use
- Certain spontaneous breakage of tempered gla
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty, covered components and workmanship may include:
- Hinges, handles, clamps, clips, towel bars, robe hooks and other installed hardware
- Door slippage or alignment issues
- Loose handles or hardware resulting from normal residential use
- Certain spontaneous breakage of tempered glass resulting from a verified manufacturing defect
- Defects in Templeton Glass installation workmanship
For approved warranty claims, covered parts and labor will be provided at no charge.
Templeton Glass reserves the right to inspect claimed defects and determine warranty coverage in accordance with the complete Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Like any warranty, there are items and circumstances that fall outside of coverage.
Examples include:
- Silicone sealant and mildew
- Protective glass coatings covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty
- Sweeps, seals, drip rails and other wear components
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, accidents, improper maintenance or neglect
- Scratches

- Protective glass coatings covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty
- Sweeps, seals, drip rails and other wear components
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, accidents, improper maintenance or neglect
- Scratches, chips or etching occurring after installation
- Hard water stains, mineral deposits, soap scum, corrosion and maintenance-related cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by structural movement, settling, remodeling or work performed by others
- Damage resulting from natural disasters
- Unauthorized repairs, adjustments or modifications

Protecting Your Shower
Proper care plays an important role in maintaining the beauty and performance of your frameless shower enclosure.
We recommend regular cleaning using mild, non-abrasive cleaning products. Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, acidic or alkaline products, oxidizing agents, scouring pads, steel wool and other damaging cleaning methods should not be used on your enclosure.
Regular cleaning and routine maintenance can help preserve your glass, hardware and finishes for years to come.
