What started as a small family venture has blossomed into a leading name in the glass industry, known for its dedication to quality and innovation. Fast forward to today, and the reins of Templeton Glass are in the capable hands of their daughter, Kelly Flannagan, who has seamlessly carried forward the family tradition. Her leadership brings a fresh perspective while honoring the time-honored values that have defined Templeton Glass since its inception. The story of Templeton Glass is not just one of business; it's a tale of resilience, craftsmanship, and a family's unwavering commitment to supporting its community.

Kelly Flannagan is the General Manager of Templeton Glass. After joining her family-owned and operated business in 2009, she took on the key responsibilities of management and maintaining brand integrity through high quality products and five-star service. Through Kelly’s leadership and the strong foundation built by her family, Templeton Glass has been the go-to option for glass installation in the Central Coast for the last 35 years. Her background in marketing and hospitality makes her the perfect representative of the company in community settings, such as her role as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. Not only is she a successful female in a male-dominated industry, but she’s also passionate about yoga, hiking and volunteering her time with Hospice SLO.

Co-founders of Templeton Glass, Jim and Rena Flannagan, bring a rich background of expertise in the glass industry to Templeton Glass. While the two have retired from the business, they are still invested in supporting Kelly as she grows the company as the next generation of Glass Experts. In retirement, the two enjoy spending time together, doing yard work and spoiling their little dog.

Brandon Landis leads the crew of Technicians at Templeton Glass. With 17 years of experience in the trade, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. He has worked on hundreds of glass installation jobs and has grown a reputation for excellence amongst his peers. Outside of work, you'll find Brandon camping, traveling and spending time with his family.
